Disney Store UK Launching New Free Rewards Program: Disney Store Unlocked

Disney Store in the UK have confirmed it is launching a new free rewards program called Disney Store Unlocked. As part of the new rewards system they are shaking up how free delivery is going to work. From 24th September 2026, to get free delivery when you spend £75 online you will need to sign-up for the free rewards program. It’s not live yet, as of Sunday 20th September, but we expect it to happen soon. Here’s everything we know about it so far.

What’s Been Announced?

Disney Store have confirmed on their own website that they are bringing out a loyalty program for shoppers this week. It’s called Disney Store Unlocked. Disney Store highlight the announcement in their Disney Store delivery section, as the terms of delivery are changing with the introduction of this new rewards program, but more on that in a minute. Here’s the confirmation of the new rewards scheme:

Delivery Is Changing Again

Disney Store is changing what shoppers will need to do to get free delivery again this year. From Thursday 24th September shoppers will need to be signed up to the free reward scheme and spend £75 to qualify for free delivery.

Delivery and returns at the Disney Store have undergone some changes in 2026:

• On 2nd February 2026 Disney increase the amount you need to spend by 50% from £25 to £75 for free delivery

• Then on 3rd August Disney Store introduce a £2.50 charge for returns when you change your mind with your online purchases

• Now on 24th September 2026 Disney Store are putting free delivery behind a free rewards program: Disney Store Unlocked.

Is The Reward Program Free To Join?

Yes, Disney have shared that the Disney Store Unlocked rewards program will be free to join, although we don’t currently know when you will be able to sign-up for the scheme as it is not live on their site at the time of writing. We will let you know when this changes.

What Will Be The Perks?

Yes, and we expect that this will go beyond free delivery as this has already been offered at the £75 price point for months, without having to be a member of a rewards scheme. We expect that perks will include promotions of free gifts when you spend certain amounts, discounts and maybe a birthday related discount. This is not however confirmed, just the sort of rewards we think the scheme could have.

We’re not sure if the rewards scheme will be for online shopping only, or whether you’ll be able to use it in store at the Selfridge’s concessions and new Cheshire Oaks Disney Store they are currently advertising for Cast Members for.

The Reward Scheme Name Sounds Familiar

For anyone who is a member of Selfridge’s Unlocked this rewards scheme probably sounds familiar, and it is. With the recent Disney Store concessions openings in Birmingham and the Trafford Centre Selfridge’s have offered members a free gift when spending £50. At the Trafford Centre opening last week it was a Stitch keyring.

Is This What Disney Teased On Socials?

For our fellow Disney fans in the UK, Disney Store dropped a teaser on Thursday to their Socials, of Mickey Mouse popping his head around a keyhole. Here it is:

Disney Store do say on their website that they will be sharing further information about the rewards program on their socials, so we think this might be it. But whether it is or not, they are launching a customer rewards program.

Disney Store have confirmed that they are launching a rewards program called Disney Store Unlocked, for UK customers shopping at the Disney Store in the UK. The program will be live by Thursday 24th September according to their website, possibly earlier.
