What personal information we collect, use and why

Newsletter
Email address
IP address
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter we will collect your email address so we can send you emails and your IP address for opt-in compliance. This information is kept private and cannot be used by any third party to contact you. If you unsubscribe, we’ll stop emailing you within 24 hours, the data will be removed from our database within 30 days and from our backups within 3 months.

Your IP address will be shared with our analytics partners however it is anonymised before processing so that you cannot be directly identified from it.

When getting in touch with us through our contact form, email or in writing you may share personal information - including but not limited to your name and email address. This information will be deleted 12 months after resolution of your query, unless we are legally required to retain it for longer.
Technical Operations
IP address
When you interact with our services your IP address may be logged for operational purposes. Wherever possible it will be anonymised. When this is not possible it will be deleted within 30 days.

We use a number of data processors who are tasked to perform specific tasks or services on our behalf which involve processing, storing or transmitting your personal information. Before engaging the services of a data processor we perform due diligence to ensure compliance with UK GDPR and appropriate safeguards are in place.
