Walt Disney World’s new price releases for November and December 2027 highlight the value of buying a UK Magic Ticket especially over Christmas week 2027 when peak pricing hits. Disney UK is currently quoting £675.80 per adult for a 14-Day Magic Ticket starting on Christmas Day 2027, and that includes park hopping, water-park admission and Memory Maker. UK visitors using all 14-days of entry will pay just under 74% less for entry on Christmas Day than paying on the gate prices. UK visitors planning 2027 can completely avoid US 2027 price rises by buying a UK Magic Ticket instead. But, if you’re weighing up the value of buying a couple of on-the-gate single day tickets for a Christmas 2027 holiday vs a UK Magic Ticket, the break-even point and savings start from day 4.

Christmas 2027 Ticket Prices Compared With 2026
As on-the-gate ticket prices for November and December 2027 and single day admission prices have gone up again after passing the $200 point last year. The most expensive single-day admission now reaches $229 before tax at Magic Kingdom and EPCOT on popular December 2027 dates. This includes Christmas Day in Magic Kingdom.
It’s an increase of $20 on 2026 November and December peak pricing, which works out at a 9.57% price increase. Including sales tax, the highest-priced one-day, one-park ticket will cost $243.89 per adult.
With November and December 2027 now available to book in the US, the full 2027 ticket calendar reveals the year's highest admission prices fall during the festive season. US Disney World tickets are released in two drops, and once again the highest prices are reserved for the festive months.
The table below compares peak adult pricing for a one-day, one-park ticket, before tax. These are peak prices, rather than prices charged every day throughout the festive season. Pricing in the US varies by date.
Theme park | 2026 peak price | 2027 peak price | Dollar increase | Percentage increase |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Magic Kingdom | $209 | $229 | $20 | 9.57% |
EPCOT | $209 | $229 | $20 | 9.57% |
Hollywood Studios | $204 | $214 | $10 | 4.90% |
Animal Kingdom | $184 | $189 | $5 | 2.72% |
Magic Kingdom reaches $229 on 25th December and 31st December 2027. EPCOT reaches the same $229 peak price on 31st December 2027. To visit EPCOT on 31st December 2027 and Magic Kingdom on 25th December would cost $487.77 including sales tax, that’s a little over £369 at the exchange rate at the time of publishing. A 7-day UK Magic Ticket valid from 25th December 2027 costs £647.57, but more on this comparison further on.
Why Today's Release Changes The Full-Year Price Picture
US ticket prices for January to October 2027 were released earlier in the year and we commented then that the UK Magic Ticket was still better value. October 6th November and December ticket release which includes Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve, cements that view point depending on how long you plan to visit for.
The maximum 2027 ticket price up to October was $219 at Magic Kingdom and $214 at EPCOT; the new holiday dates raise those ceilings to $229.
The lowest annual admission price remains $119, and US multi-day ticket prices have not increased in this release.
What Are The Christmas Peak Costs Including Tax?
US ticket prices are advertised before sales tax, so UK visitors need to add a further 6.5% to that cost to get the total admission price, which on peak priced dates over Christmas work out to:
Theme park | 2027 peak before tax | Including tax |
|---|---|---|
Magic Kingdom | $229 | $243.89 |
EPCOT | $229 | $243.89 |
Hollywood Studios | $214 | $227.91 |
Animal Kingdom | $189 | $201.29 |
For Magic Kingdom and EPCOT, the $20 increase becomes $21.30 including tax. UK visitors should also keep in mind that cards can include transaction costs that will increase prices a little bit more as well. This is why when you’re making the decision about which is better: an on-the-gate US ticket or a Magic Ticket it’s best to use the after tax cost for US tickets.
How Do Disney’s UK Magic Tickets Compare For Christmas 2027?
UK Magic Tickets work out cheaper when you want to spend more than 4 days in Disney Parks in November and December 2027, and it’s the same for both the 7 and 14-Day options because of the small £28.23 price difference between ticket options. Here’s how we came to this conclusion:
We checked Disney UK's live booking calendar on 6th October 2026 for UK Magic Ticket prices with a 25th December 2027 start date:
Ticket start date | 7-Day Magic Ticket | 14-Day Magic Ticket |
|---|---|---|
25 December 2027 | £647.57 | £675.80 |
(Prices are per adult aged 10+, quoted directly by Disney UK and subject to change).
Magic Tickets also include park hopping, water-park admission and Memory Maker for adults, the US ticket we use as a price comparison is on-park per day ticket. But it’s the price per day, not the Magic ticket extras here that shows the value in comparison to a single day ticket:
Christmas Comparison | 2027 |
|---|---|
One Magic Kingdom day ticket, including tax 25th December 2027 | $243.89 |
14-Day UK Magic Ticket | £675.80 |
Average price per admission day, if all 14 are used | £48.27 |
UK visitors using all fourteen days of their £675.80 UK Magic Ticket in 2027, including Christmas Day, pay an average of £48.27 per admission day. This means that entry on Christmas Day to Magic Kingdom with a UK Magic Ticket works out to 73.78% less than buying a single-day admission ticket for Magic Kingdom on Christmas Day in the US when using all Magic Ticket admission days. This is a saving that puts into perspective the value of the UK Magic Ticket alongside the on-the-gate price in the US.
14 Days Entry With UK Magic Ticket Makes Christmas Day Entry 73.78% Less, But What If You Visit For Fewer Days
While entry is less if you use all 14-days, many UK visitors heading to Disney World for Christmas visit other theme parks and may be wondering when the break even point is? While on the gate costs vary on a day to day basis, visiting EPCOT on 31st December 2027 and Magic Kingdom on 25th December would cost $487.77 including sales tax, that’s a little over £369 at the exchange rate at the time of publishing. That works out to:
paying 56.98% of the cost of the 7-Day UK Magic Ticket for just two days of park entry
paying 54.60% of the cost of 14-Day UK Magic Ticket for only two days of entry
Between 26th December and 31st December 2027 the lowest priced park ticket everyday is $189 for Animal Kingdom, which works out at $201.29 with sales tax. The lowest priced one day ticket for Hollywood Studios during that week is $214, which is $227.91 with sales tax.
The cost for one day in each park during Christmas week 2027 is:
Park | Date | US ticket price plus tax |
|---|---|---|
Magic Kingdom | 25th December 2027 | $243.89 |
Animal Kingdom | 26th December 2027 | $201.29 |
Hollywood Studios | 28th December 2027 | $227.91 |
EPCOT | 31st December 2027 | $243.89 |
TOTAL | $916.98 |
The total for four days entry using one-day US tickets in 2027 is $916.98 including sales tax, which t the exchange rate on the day of publishing works out to £694.28. Both a 7 and a 14-Day UK Magic Ticket would work out both better value and financially cheaper for UK visitors heading to Disney World for four days or more over Christmas 2027.
While a UK Magic Ticket is not cheaper for someone visiting a Disney World park only on Christmas Day, a UK Magic Ticket is cheaper for UK holidaymakers looking to spend 4 or more days in Disney World parks during Christmas week 2027.
Magic In A Minute
Disney World have released pricing for 2027, and yes, park ticket prices have gone up for November and December 2027. However, our findings show that UK visitors planning a holiday during Christmas week 2027 can ignore the US ticket price increases and still get better value from the UK 7 or 14-Day Magic Ticket when visiting the parks for 4 or more days.
