This is the only annual pass option available to all UK and International guests, and this is 5th consecutive year that the Incredi-Pass has seen the largest price increase in dollars. For any UK visitors renewing their Incredi-Passes this is also the first year since launch that the renewal discount percentage falls below 15%.
With the biggest ever increase of $120 dollars, which is around £90 and works out at 7.37% increase from last year’s price, so is Disney World’s only UK annual pass option for everyone now just too expensive? Annual Pass Price Increases Across All Levels
October marks the start of Disney’s fiscal new year and it is a time of year that has become associated with price increases across the resort and for all ticket types including annual pass options. Once again, following 2025 annual pass rises, prices have risen again. This includes US admission prices, which have now been released for Christmas 2027. This year, new annual pass prices have risen as follows:
Annual pass | Previous price before tax | New price before tax | Dollar increase before tax | Percentage increase before tax |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Incredi-Pass | $1,629 | $1,749 | $120 | 7.37% |
Sorcerer Pass | $1,099 | $1,139 | $40 | 3.64% |
Pirate Pass | $869 | $909 | $40 | 4.60% |
Pixie Dust Pass | $489 | $499 | $10 | 2.04% |
Price increases are in effect now, and one important point to note is that this price is before US Sales Tax, so the true cost is 6.5% more. It’s also worth adding that when you buy your annual pass in America transaction fees on cards and exchange rates can also make the cost more.
The Incredi-Pass has seen the highest price rise of $120, and this is the price rise that matters for UK visitors as this is the pass most people can buy. (If you have an eligible DVC contract you can get the Sorcerer Pass). And as most people buying this pass would be looking to buy as a couple or family, it’s an increase of $240 for 2 people or $480 for 4 people.
Since Incredi-Pass was introduced in 2021, Disney have annually raised the cost.
Incredi-Pass Prices Continue To Rise Yearly
The cost of Incredi-Pass has risen on a roughly annual time frame following it’s launch, but in 2026 the price has risen by the largest amount to date. The cost of buying an Incredi-Pass has increased by $450, or 34.64%, since its September 2021 launch. This means if you bought a Disney World annual pass as a UK visitor buying the Incredi-Pass in 2021 you would have paid $1,383.44 with tax. From today, in 2026, the same Incredi-Pass costs $1,862.69 per person with tax.
Let’s take a look at how the cost of buying a Disney World annual pass as a UK resident has changed annually since Incredi-Pass launched:
Effective Date | Price before tax | Increase from previous price | Percentage increase |
|---|---|---|---|
8 September 2021 (Launch date) | $1,299 | - | - |
8 December 2022 | $1,399 | $100 | 7.70% |
11 October 2023 | $1,449 | $50 | 3.57% |
23 October 2024 | $1,549 | $100 | 6.90% |
8 October 2025 | $1,629 | $80 | 5.16% |
6 October 2026 | $1,749 | $120 | 7.37% |
For anyone buying an Incredi-Pass for the first time as a UK visitor, without getting the renewal discount, costs have definitely increased, but over 3 trips this is a rise of $40 per trip, more on why that matters further on.
Upgrading The Incredi-Pass Makes Cost Higher
An Incredi-Pass does not include PhotoPass or water parks access, to get them you need to pay more. PhotoPass downloads and the Water Park and Sports Option each cost an additional $109 before tax each. Adding both brings the new total of an Incredi-Pass from today to to approximately $2,094.86 including tax, or around £1,578.48.
Renewal Cost Rise For UK Visitors Even With Discount
The current renewal discount is $250 off the new price of $1,749 bringing the cost of renewing a Disney Incredi-Pass to $1,499 (around £1,132.34) The renewal discount has not increased in-line with the price increase for the Incredi-Pass annual pass with the discount offered remaining stagnant since 2024. UK visitors planning to renew their annual pass will be paying more this year and getting a slightly lower percentage discount.
Prices effective from | Renewal saving | Discount percentage |
|---|---|---|
September 2021 | $195 | 15.01% |
December 2022 | $210 | 15.01% |
October 2023 | $220 | 15.18% |
October 2024 | $250 | 16.14% |
October 2025 | $250 | 15.35% |
October 2026 | $250 | 14.29% |
This is the first time that the renewal discount when buying an Incredi-Pass has fallen below 15% since the launch in September 2021.
Incredi-Pass Price Rises Always The Largest
For the last 5 years, when Disney World have raised the cost of annual passes the dollar price rise on the Incredi-Pass has always been largest, although it did tie with the Pirate Pass in 2023. While Incredi-Pass starts at the highest price point and offers the most benefits, price increases have always been substantial, especially in comparison to other pass tiers.
Price adjustment | Incredi-Pass increase | Sorcerer increase | Pirate increase | Pixie Dust increase |
|---|---|---|---|---|
December 2022 | $100 | $70 | $50 | $0 |
October 2023 | $50 | $30 | $50 | $40 |
October 2024 | $100 | $80 | $30 | $30 |
October 2025 | $80 | $20 | $40 | $20 |
October 2026 | $120 | $40 | $40 | $10 |
The largest price increase in dollars is consistently on the Incredi-Pass in four of five years, and joint largest in 2023. This means UK visitors who want to buy an annual pass are consistently facing the steepest price increases year after year.
Is Disney World Making Annual Passes Too Expensive For UK Guests?
It looks and feels that way, especially with the $120 dollar increase, which at today’s exchange rate on 6th October, is a £90.42 price increase before tax or fees are added to the overall price too. As all UK visitors can only buy the Incredi-Pass, unless they are eligible DVC members, it could put the option of an annual pass further out of reach for many UK visitors. However, the number of UK visitors visiting Florida and Disney World often enough from the UK to warrant investing in an Annual Pass is low.
The Incredi-Pass now costs $1,749 before tax, or $1,862.69 including Florida sales tax. That’s about £1,403.54 at the exchange today, before any card fees. For UK visitors wanting PhotoPass downloads and water-park access-benefits included an annual pass so it is closer to the UK Magic Ticket option the total for an Incredi-Pass comes to approximately $2,094.86 including tax, or around £1,578.48.
At this higher total, three holidays within the annual-pass year can make the pass cheaper than buying separate UK 14-Day Magic Tickets. Buying tickets for October 2026, April 2027 and August 2027 total £1,726.36 per adult, making the annual pass with both extras around £148 cheaper. (Prices checked on 6th October 2026: £580.27 for a 10 October 2026 start, £623.26 for 10 April 2027 and £522.83 for 1 August 2027). Parking savings and eligible dining and merchandise discounts could make it worthwhile after two holidays for some visitors, depending on where you stay and how much you spend on eating at Disney and on merch.
Magic In A Minute
Disney World has, as expected increased the cost of buying an annual pass for the 5th consecutive year, increasing the price of the only option available to UK guests by the largest amount since Incredi-Pass launched. With such a steep increase, the question of whether it’s worth a UK visitor considering an annual pass once again comes up. Using our worked example, three holidays within the annual-pass year can make the Incredi-Pass worthwhile on ticket costs alone, while parking savings and eligible dining and merchandise discounts may make it worthwhile after two trips for some UK visitors. It’s a personal choice, but to match the savings and benefits of buying a UK Magic Ticket UK visitors will need to do the maths for the dates of their Disney World holidays to work out individual break-even points.
