Disney Store Unlocked, Disney Store UK’s new customer loyalty program, has officially launched today Monday28th September 2026. Emails were finally sent out this morning, it was launched on social media channels, and an opening offer of 15% your first purchase before 6.30am on 5th October is the incentive to get you to sign-up. Full benefits are officially, despite customers needing to sign up and be a member by 24th September to get free delivery with spends over £75. It’s been a mixed launch from Disney Store and the program isn’t all it seems, but it’s still worth signing-up.

Disney Store Unlocked: What You Get

The most important part of a customer loyalty scheme is what you get when you sign-up that makes it worthwhile, and with the official launch today here’s the update:

Opening Offer: 15% Off

The opening offer runs for 7 days and is a 15% off discount that is being applied across 999 items on the Disney Store online. If you were hoping to get a voucher to use in one of the Disney Store Selfridge’s concessions to shop in person, there isn’t one. From what I can see there is no use in store option, it’s online only.

Disney Store pins are included which is great news for pin collectors, but if you were hoping to use the discount against a Loungefly bag or anything Loungefly, this is not included in the 15% off offer. There is a separate 20% discount on some Halloween themed Loungefly items however. Minnie Ears are also excluded from the 15% off deal.

Why Did I Only Get An Email About Disney Store Unlocked Today?

Disney Store have been slow to launch this officially, and perhaps there was an original date that wasn’t met or Disney Store wanted a soft launch to iron out the bugs, we don’t know exactly why. But, sipping my coffee to a Disney Store Unlocked email popping up this morning was interesting. The loyalty program has been needed for free delivery since Thursday 24th September and it did go live then.

Despite signing-up for more information on the free loyalty scheme when the Disney Store Unlocked page went live, this is the first communication I’ve had. Disney Store haven’t teased it and some offers are still yet to be fully revealed such as exactly what benefits will be.

The offer’s a nice opening incentive however, and in our previous coverage on the announcement of Disney Store Unlocked on 22nd September we did suggest that we expected Disney Store to launch it properly with an incentive.

Why Put Free Delivery Behind A Loyalty Scheme?

This is the one irking detail about the new customer loyalty scheme. Disney Store no longer offer free delivery to all customers who spend £75, you also need to be a member of Disney Store Unlocked. For anyone who isn’t a fan of Disney merchandise and who periodically shops there, it could be a little bit off-putting, and if you’ve been a Disney Store fan for a long time it’s just another step in the buying process.

Putting free delivery behind a loyalty scheme isn’t exclusive to Disney Store, many companies do it. It gives them the chance to speak to you in your inbox about what’s new and if you are a Disney merch fan, the loyalty scheme is something to consider beyond the free delivery perk.

Is Disney Store Unlocked Worth Joining?

Yes, if you’re a Disney merchandise fan in the UK this is going to be a scheme worth joining, as it is free and you may find value in the benefits. This is especially true if you shop with Disney Store more than once a year, and given it is the run up to Christmas, we suspect that the offers and free delivery is going to make joining Disney Store Unlocked worth it for anyone with children or Disney fans to buy for.

The downside of this free loyalty scheme is the lack of clarity about whether the incentives will extend to the physical shops: the Disney Store on Oxford Street, London, concessions in Selfridges and the upcoming Cheshire Oaks Disney Store. I hope that Diseny Store UK will recognise that their customers are still looking for that in-store experience, and add some in-store offers too.
