Walt Disney World Reveals New Year's Eve Food and Drink for 2025-26 Celebrations

If you're ringing in the New Year at Walt Disney World this year, Disney has confirmed a selection of limited-time food and drink offerings to mark the arrival of 2026. Special New Year’s menu items are available across the parks, Disney Springs, and at select hotels.

You’ll find the majority of the New Year's Eve exclusives at Disney's Hollywood Studios on 31st December, with a smaller number of options available elsewhere around the resort. If seasonal snacks are part of your Disney holiday bucket list, this is one night that's worth factoring into your plans.

Hollywood Studios: Where Most New Year's Eve Treats Will Be

Disney's Hollywood Studios is the clear focus for New Year's Eve food and drink this year. And the snacks on offer are available for one day only, so they’re really a limited edition snack experience!

On 31st December only, special items will be sold from the outdoor bars near the Hyperion Theater and in the courtyard of The Hollywood Tower Hotel.

Confirmed snacks include:

• Red velvet cake pop coated in milk chocolate with festive sprinkles

• Dark chocolate and almond bark with dried cherries

• Truffle trio featuring salted caramel, raspberry, and praline flavours

There are also themed drinks available, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic:

• Midnight Royale - prosecco with orange liqueur and cranberry notes

• Sparkling Mimosa - sparkling wine mixed with white cranberry juice, guava syrup, citrus, and herbs

• Countdown Cider - a non-alcoholic sparkling apple cider with strawberry syrup and freeze-dried sweets

If you're planning to be in Hollywood Studios for New Year's Eve entertainment, it's the best park for limited-edition snacks as well.

Magic Kingdom: One Seasonal Treat With Longer Availability

Magic Kingdom has a much smaller New Year offering, but it's available for longer. From 22nd December through 3rd January, you can pick up a festive root beer float from Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies.

This snack combines root beer, vanilla soft-serve, a chocolate biscuit garnish, and shimmering sprinkles. While it's the only New Year-specific item in Magic Kingdom, many Christmas and holiday snacks remain available at the same time, so there are still plenty of exclusive seasonal snacks to enjoy.

Disney Springs: Limited-Time Dessert at Amorette's Patisserie

Over at Disney Springs, Amorette's Patisserie will be offering a Countdown to Midnight cake bar from 26th December to 1st January.

The dessert features chocolate chiffon sponge layered with chocolate mousse and mini chocolate chips. As with many Amorette's seasonal items, availability is limited each day, so don’t leave until the end of the day to pick one up if this is a must try snack for you.

Disney Hotels: New Year's Eve Dining at Disney's Contemporary Resort

For something more upmarket, Disney has also confirmed a New Year's Eve experience at California Grill in Disney's Contemporary Resort.

On 30th and 31st December, the restaurant will host a special New Year's celebration featuring:

• A four-course dinner

• Live music

• Exclusive viewing of the Magic Kingdom fireworks

This experience requires advance booking and is expected to sell out, particularly around New Year's Eve itself.
