New Minnie Ears Headband option to accessorise park outfits

UK Disney fans can already buy Minnie-themed Crocs and Jibbitz charms here, but the standout new item in the range, Mickey and Minnie Mouse ear headbands by Crocs, isn’t going to be available in the UK. The Crocs US site is listing the eye-catching new ears for sale from 15th April 2026, but they’re not on the UK site. For British Disney park-goers and Crocs fans, that means this could be one of those trip purchases you plan around before you fly, and then try to buy when you get to Florida. The issue is, will this new range sell-out before you get there.

New Crocs Mickey and Minnie Mouse headbands

It may look like an April fools or an AI generated image, but Crocs really are bringing out Mickey and Minnie Mouse headbands. The limited-edition headbands are made from EVA and have 6 holes for Jibbitz charms on each ear. There are multiple headband options including the traditional black and red colours, along with a purple, pink, and green/blue colour.

The one-size fits all headband looks interesting, but for many UK fans a Crocs headband offers a packing advantage that UK visitors need. You can use one pair of ears and change Jibbitz to match outfits rather than packing 4 or 5 pairs of ears. With a huge range of Disney themed Jibbitzs, the Disney and Crocs collaboration is perfect for people who love to Disney bound or add themed accessories to their trip outfits.

This new customisable accessory that you can style yourself, is something UK Disney fans will be excited to try, but it’s not going to be released in the UK yet. So, even if you have seen them on social media or on other Disney news sites, it’s not going to be easily accessible for UK Disney fans.

Crocs Ears only available in the US

The Crocs Disney Minnie Mouse Headband and Disney Mickey Mouse Headband are due for release in the US on 15th April, and you can even sign-up for notifications when it is released. There is no release scheduled for in the UK currently. The ears will cost $34.99 (£26.59) plus tax.

While the question of comfort is one you won’t know until trying them on, UK fans can buy Disney Jibbitz for the headband before travelling, pair with park outfits, and then try and buy the headband once they get to Florida. However, this is risky as the headbands are expected to be popular, and as a limited-edition item they could sell-out quickly.

Jibbitz can be used on bags and Crocs footwear, so if you have a pair of Crocs to theme for a Disney park day it’s not a waste, but could be frustrating.

The big unanswered question is comfort

The design is clever, but comfort is much harder to judge from the official listing alone. Crocs says the headband is one size fits most adults and focuses on the 12 Jibbitz holes, but that does not tell you how it will feel after a full day in Florida heat, on rides, or once you have added multiple charms.

As someone who regularly wears ears in the parks, and who owns several pairs of Loungefly ears, a few of the new Primark pairs and others, there is a difference in comfort between brands. Investing in Jibbitzs before trying on the Minnie headband is fine if you have them as part of wearing Crocs, but if you are buying them specifically for the Headband release it is an investment that may not be worth it if you do not find the headband comfortable.

While a customisable headband is a brilliant idea from aa packing perspective for UK visitors, and could be great for creating multiple outfits with one pair of ears, it is not yet possible to say whether it will work as an all-day park accessory.

The styling potential is incredible, but the lack of current availability in the UK and inability to try it on, means this product release is not something many UK Disney parks fans will be able to buy before travelling to Disney World at this time.

Buying Crocs Disney Headbands

If the Crocs Minnie and Mickey ears are the item you really want, the most realistic approach is to treat them as a US buy, as a pre-trip purchase is not likely right now. The UK site is offering Minnie shoes and Jibbitz, so you can get your Crocs before heading to Disney World, but not the ears headband.

Magic in a minute

This is a fun Disney merch launch, but for UK shoppers there is not going to be any current availability for the Mickey and Minnie Mouse Headband. The customisable Crocs Minnie ears, perfect for styling to multiple outfits, are a great space saving option when packing for Disney world from the UK, but can only be bought in the US from the 15th April. This is a check when you land purchase and an item to add to your souvenir checklist if you are looking for Ears.
