Is Twilight on Disney+ UK right now?
As of April 2026, Twilight is no longer part of the confirmed Disney+ UK library, after leaving on 31st March. Disney+ content changes frequently, and the April 2026 UK release schedule does not include any Twilight films.
If you search for Twilight it is still coming up as available at the moment on Disney+, but when you click through you will find that the film is no longer available, so don't rely on Disney+ UK to watch Twilight in April 2026.
Why it keeps disappearing from Disney+
If you are getting a sense of deja vu, having experienced seeing Twilight and the 4 other films in the franchise on Disney+ in the past and it disappearing, before reappearing again, you’re not wrong.
Unlike Disney owned franchises, The Twilight Saga is owned by Lionsgate, so there are rights issues to navigate which means that:
Disney+ only gets the films via limited licensing deals
These deals can expire quickly and without notice
The films often rotate between platforms
That is why the Twilight Saga has popped up on Disney+ briefly, then vanished again, to come back again later.
Where to watch Twilight in the UK for free (April 2026)
If you’re looking to watch The Twilight Saga in the UK right now, you can watch all five films for free on ITVX:
Twilight (2008)
The Twilight Saga: New Moon (2009)
The Twilight Saga: Eclipse (2010)
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part One (2011)

There is no subscription needed, as this is a free streaming option but you will need to put up with ads. If you want to pay a subscription, or you already have one, then ITVX Premium is showing the films without ads.
Lionsgate+ are streaming the Twilight films with a subscription or a 7 day free trial but The Twilight Saga is leaving the service on 7th May 2026.

Can Twilight return to Disney+ UK?
Yes, Twilight could return to the Disney+ UK streaming service, and because of licensing agreements the saga could reappear on Disney+ UK at any time, but it would likely be for a limited window again. There's currently no confirmation of a return in 2026.
Is Twilight on ITVX because of the Disney+ streaming deal?
ITVX availability is more likely tied to ITV's own UK streaming rights for the saga, not Disney. The 2025 ITV-Disney partnership covers selected Disney shows on ITVX and selected ITV shows on Disney+, but the reported examples are titles like The Bear, Andor, Only Murders in the Building, Mr Bates vs The Post Office and Love Island: All Stars and not Twilight which is not a Disney or ITV production.
Twilight's appearance on Disney+ UK has been driven by temporary third-party licensing, rather than Disney ownership. Its current ITVX availability should be treated as a separate UK rights window, not evidence of an ongoing Disney+ deal which is brining some interesting shows to Disney+ in the UK.
Magic in a minute
Twilight, and all films in The Twilight Saga are not available to watch on Disney+ in May2026, but you can currently watch all of the films in the franchise, with ads and a valid TV licence, for free on ITVX.
