What is the free water park entry on arrival day offer for 2027?

The 2027 offer has been confirmed for Summer and will give all visitors staying in a Disney World on-site hotel free access to whatever Disney World Water Park is open on the day they check-in to their Disney hotel. This will be either Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon, although you may have a choice if Disney open both water parks during the summer period as they are doing in Summer 2026.

The free free water park entry on arrival day benefit is returning for it’s third year in 2027, and appears to be following the same format as in 2026, with the offer only being available during the Summer. When the offer first launched in 2025, it was available throughout the year.

Is this benefit useful to UK visitors booking 2027 holidays?

For many UK visitors arrival day is also travel day, so the benefit is not as valuable as you cannot spend a full day at the water park for free. This arrival day benefit is most useful to UK visitors who are:

• flying on early morning flights landing in the early afternoon to get to resort for a few hours before the water parks close.

• UK visitors who are booking multi-destination stays and transferring to a Disney hotel mid-stay, so can arrive earlier and enjoy the benefit.

Anyone flying late morning will not be able to take advantage of this offer when they land if they are staying on-site as Disney Water Parks usually close around 5pm - 6pm.

Will the resort eligibility change for 2027 bookings impact UK visitors?

For most UK visitors the change to the resort eligibility will have no impact, as most people looking to book an on-site stay do not stay at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Campsite as this requires your own RV rental or tent.

The water park benefit is an offer that can also be used with other offers, including the newly announced UK free Disney Drinks and Dining offer for 2027 which opens for bookings on 21st April.
