Every Disney Believe Announcement: Bookings Open For Inaugural Sailing On 19th October 2026

The Disney Believe announcements were tonight delivered in a pantomime style performance by Beatrice and Hugo, Members of the Society of Seekers who will be performing on the Disney Destiny when she launches. The only announcements excluded from the story-telling performance were the three must know points, the inaugural sailing, the home part and cruise destinations and when you can book. The rest of the reveals all focussed on what the onboard experience would be like.

The biggest reveal of the night about what you’ll experience onboard was that an Encanto live-show production would exclusively be onboard. But as we jump into all the details about what’s been unveiled today we’re going to ask the same as the Disney Storytellers: “do you believe?” Because this we’re not sure we can quite believe our eyes and ears about what’s to come.

When Is the Disney Believe Setting Sail & When Can You Book?

Arguably the biggest reveals of the night:

• The Disney Believe’s inaugural sailing is: 18th December 2027

• Disney Believe’s home port will be: Port Everglades, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

• 4 and 5 night Bahamian and Caribbean cruises will be offered initially

• Bookings for the inaugural sailing open: 19th October 2026

The Announcements: What’s Going To Be Onboard Disney Believe?

The announcements were delivered as part of a story telling on-stage show performed on the Disney Wish and are:

• Encanto stage adaptation: Disney announced what it described as its first stage adaptation of Encanto, coming exclusively to Disney Believe in 2027. Lin-Manuel Miranda introduced the announcement through a video message.

• Tangled theatrical production: The event previewed a Tangled-based theatrical offering featuring new special effects and set designs, with Susan Egan performing music from the film.

• Moana-inspired Grand Hall: The central gathering space will feature oceanic colours, constellations, a Moana statue and a chandelier designed to move like the sea, incorporating the Heart of Te Fiti.

• Possibility Seekers: Onboard storytellers will share tales intended to inspire guests, extending the ship's themes of dreams, discovery and possibility.

• Two themed cafés: Café Kakamora will draw inspiration from Moana, while Big Hero Sips will celebrate Big Hero 6.

• The Wishing Well lounge: A Snow White-inspired lounge will combine an enchanted courtyard setting with white blossoms, red apples and references to the Evil Queen's potions.

• Monstropolis-inspired children's club entrance: The children's club will receive an entrance inspired by the colourful world of Monsters, Inc.

• Gazelle entertainment hub: A multilevel Zootopia-themed venue will offer encounters with Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps, alongside an activity inviting guests to help solve their latest case.

• Character designs on the ship: Buzz and Woody will feature on the stern. The reveal also introduced Tinker Bell alongside imagery featuring Peter Pan, Wendy and Captain Hook.

• Joyful Sweets: The Inside Out-inspired sweet shop will offer new treats and incorporate additional emotions from Inside Out 2, including Anxiety and Envy.

• Oaken's Table - a Frozen family feast: A restaurant set in Oaken's rustic summer house in Arendelle will combine a family meal with music, dancing, his family band and Queen Anna.

• Skygazers: An observatory-inspired venue for adults will feature towering bookshelves, celestial maps and references to classic Disney stories, including Jiminy Cricket and Mufasa.

• Little Mermaid-inspired piano lounge: An underwater-themed musical space will feature a pearlescent piano presented as a treasure from Ariel's grotto.

• Magic Kingdom-inspired tower suite: A two-storey suite accommodating up to eight guests will feature floor-to-ceiling windows and décor inspired by Main Street balloons and fireworks.

The final part of the night was an Encanto medley, before Beatrice and Hugo wrapped up the insights from their adventure. “We hope you will always believe.”
