Disney has released the full 2026 Disney H2O Glow After Hours details for Typhoon Lagoon, giving UK holidaymakers an early look at dates, prices and ticket sale timing for one of Walt Disney World's niche summer add-ons. It’s effectively after hours for the water parks, but water park entry during the day is included with a Magic Ticket, so for many UK visitors you really need to be a water park fan to consider this separate ticketed event.

Hotel guests have had chance to book tickets since 21st April, but from today, 24th April 2026, anyone can book tickets to Typhoon Lagoon’s summer water park party after dark. Here are all the event details you need to know about the 2026 event:

H2O Glow 2026 tickets: where to buy in the UK and prices

For 2026, Disney says adult tickets cost £79 - £83, depending on the date, and children aged 3 to 9 are charged at £60 - £64. Disney has also confirmed a 20% discount for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members, though that will only apply to a smaller slice of UK travellers. To get the discount you will also need to book direct with Disney, and ticket prices will be in dollars from what we understand.

What is included in a Disney H2O Glow ticket?

H2O Glow is a three-hour after-hours event that runs from 8pm to 11pm, but your ticket also lets you enter Typhoon Lagoon from 6pm. This gives you extra park time before the official party atmosphere kicks in.

The event includes lower waits on popular Typhoon Lagoon attractions, a DJ dance party, and character appearances. The 2026 event is offering a unique chance for a special character meet and greet with Powerline Max, alongside characters such as:

Snacks

Is H2O Glow worth it for UK visitors?

This is not worth it for everyone and given the time of night this is best suited to families with children over 10 and Disney Adults. Realistically, if you have the Magic Ticket your water park entry entry is included in that, so this even has limited appeal unless you absolutely love water parks. For many UK visitors, this is an event you can skip, as there are better experiences to spend your money on.

However, UK visitors who don’t have a Magic Ticket, have an annual pass without water park entry, or for those who are just fancying a Disney Water Park experience without heading to the parks, this is a ticketed experience worth considering as drinks and some snacks are included. It’s a unique experience that is fun, but this event isn’t for everyone. It’s one I am happy to skip, but always weigh up the options for your family trip.

What UK travellers should know before booking

H20 Glow is not an event you can attend without spending more money for an extra ticket, so if you are thinking of going you need to budget for it and buy before you go as it can sell-out.

Typhoon Lagoon is the only water park this event is at, even though both Disney Water Parks are open this summer from 12th May 2026.

Before you book, weigh-up whether a water park disco is high on your agenda to do on a Disney World holiday this summer, as there is a lot going on.
