A sold-out event

Tickets for the one-weekend only Winnie the Pooh: The Lost Balloon at Westfield White City have sold out online. The event, part of UK-wide, year long celebrations at Disney for 100-years of Winnie The Pooh, now only has possible limited walk-up availability, that will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is Disney Winnie the Pooh: The Lost Balloon?

The Lost Balloon is a free immersive adventure inspired by the Hundred Acre Wood presented by Disney UK, where families help Pooh and friends search for Christopher Robin's lost balloon. The experience includes interactive storytelling, discovery moments and playful challenges, making it more of a short walk-through family activity than a major attraction.

Uncovering sweet surprises, playful challenges full of bouncing, and timeless moments to share on their hunt for the lost balloon, this experience is perfect for families in search of a little Disney magic. This is the kind of event that works best if you are local, already planning a London day out, or are happy to chance a same-day visit without guaranteed entry. It is definitely not an event to plan your weekend around.

When and where is the Winnie the Pooh event at Westfield White City?

The event runs from Friday 10 April to Sunday 12 April 2026 at Westfield White City in west London. The event is open during the following times:

  • Friday 10th April: 12pm to 6pm

  • Saturday 11th April: 12pm to 7.30pm

  • Sunday 12th April: 12pm to 7.30pm

This timing works well for many families looking for an afternoon add on activity, rather than an all day trip out, which this is not meant to be.

The experience is taking place at The Atrium on level 0 at Westfield White City, Ariel Way, London, W12 7GF. White City Underground station is about a five-minute walk away, and parking is available at Westfield for a charge.

For families with children, it’s a relatively straightforward point to reach by public transport, which is important if you are travelling across London with younger kids and do not want the added cost and hassle of driving into west London.

A sold out event: how to still see it?

Disney's official ticket page shows the event as sold out. However, Disney also says there will be a number of tickets available on the door, and that these will be offered first come, first served and only subject to availability. So if you are nearby, flexible, and willing to risk not getting in, there may still be a limited chance on the day.

Is The Lost Balloon event suitable for younger children?

Disney says the experience is suitable for all ages and lasts about 30 minute. The event is designed with families in mind as you will join Pooh and friends as they help Christopher Robin to find his lost balloon.

Other important details about the event:

  • children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult

  • fully accessible, with step-free entry and clear navigation

  • a dedicated buggy and pram parking area.

This is a short, manageable family activity, perfect for families with preschool and primary-age children.

Is it still worth trying for walk-up entry?

For some families, yes. But only if expectations are realistic. If you live in London, are already heading to Westfield, or can easily change plans if you do not get in, then trying for walk-up entry could make sense because Disney says some tickets may still be available on the day. If you would need a long journey, expensive rail fares or a dedicated trip into London, entry is not guaranteed so it is not worth your time.

Magic in a minute

Disney Winnie the Pooh: The Lost Balloon is now sold out online, though families may still have a small chance through walk-up entry, but nobody should treat that as guaranteed.
