What's Changing
From 2 February 2026 the Disney Store is making some significant changes to the amount people will need to spend to qualify for free delivery:
Free delivery threshold increases to £75 (up from £50) for all orders.
This applies to both Standard Delivery and Click & Collect.
Currently when you spend £50 onsite you get free Standard Delivery or Click and Collect; from 2nd February you will need to spend £75 to get free Standard Delivery or Click and Collect.
The prices of Express and Premium Delivery are not affected by this price rise update.
Why Disney Store Rising Prices?
Disney Store's explanation is that this is tied to ongoing changes in the logistics market and how customers shop, and that they've tried to keep costs down before making the move. The official statement says:
"To continue bringing you the products you love and to keep up with changes in the global logistics market, as well as how people shop, we’re increasing our threshold for free delivery. We’ve worked hard to keep costs down and don’t make changes like this lightly. We appreciate your continued support and understanding."
What It Means For UK Disney Fans
This changes is not going to impact Disney merch fans equally; it will depend on how you shop at the Disney Store.
If you tend to place smaller orders (e.g., one Loungefly, a single soft toy, a mug), it is likely you will hit delivery charges more often from 2nd February unless you top up your basket.
If you're buying gifts, you might find it easier to reach £75, but it's still a 50% higher bar than before.
If you're prepping for Walt Disney World (ears, outfits, autograph books, countdown gifts for kids), this is a nudge to plan earlier and bundle your buys into fewer orders. If a family group is going and you only want a couple of items, consider buying it all together in one order and sorting out the bill.
Quick ways to avoid paying delivery after 2 February
A few practical, non-hype tactics to reduce delivery fees:
Bundle purchases. Make one planned and timed order rather than multiple smaller ones over a month or two.
Buy trip prep items together to push you over £75.
Time your basket with promotions: if there's a site-wide offer, it can be the difference between one big order and two smaller ones (and potentially two delivery charges).
Check the maths at checkout: if you're close to £75, it may be cheaper to add a small item than pay delivery, but only if it's something you actually want.
Magic in a Minute
From Monday 2 February 2026, you'll need to spend £75 (not £50) to get free Standard Delivery or free Click & Collect on Disney Store UK orders, so it's worth batching purchases or buying now if you're a regular shopper.
