Zootopia: Better Together Debuts 7th November 2025 in Animal Kingdom
If you’re planning a holiday to Walt Disney World this winter, get ready for a brand new show at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney have officially announced the opening date for Zootopia: Better Together, a new show coming to the park’s iconic Tree of Life theatre which was previously home to It’s Tough To Be A Bug!

The new show is set to debut on 7th November, 2025, which is great timing for UK families heading over to experience Christmas holidays, or even October half-term, in the parks.
What to expect from Zootopia: Better Together Show
Zootopia: Better Together! sis set tot transport people right into the heart of the Zootropolis. The show is set on “Zoogether Day”, a celebration of unity amongst the city’s citizens and biomes. The host for this new shows will be a slick-talking wolf named Heidi Howler, who is going to broadcast the festivities live.

Ice skating from Tundratown
Synchronised swimming from Marsh Market
A tiny mouse drone show over Little Rodentia
A musical finale from our favourite Gazelle
This new attraction is a collaboration between Walt Disney Imagineering and the original filmmakers, Jared Bush and Byron Howard. The voice talents of Ginnifer Goodwin (Judy Hopps) and Jason Bateman (Nick Wilde) will also be featured in the show. It’s a proper Disney production from the very best!

A UK Visitor’s Guide To Seeing The New Show
If your trip is scheduled for the end of 2025 or into 2026, here’s what you need to know about experiencing this brand new show.
Location: The show is inside the park icon, the Tree of Life.

Expect some big queues the first coupe of days, as everyone will want to experience the show. But the theatre has a good capacity, so don’t expect Avatar: Flight of Passage queue times. If you can, leave it a few days before experiencing it if you want a lower wait time.
Disney Zootopia Magic in the UK
If you’re a big fan of the films, you’ll probably already know that the new Zootopia attraction opening at Animal Kingdom is coinciding with the release of the film Zootopia 2. A trip to the cinema before your trip will get the excitement flowing for your day in Animal Kingdom.
If you have been lucky enough to be one of the first in the parks to experience the show heading to see the film will be a great way to keep the Disney magic alive here in the UK.
